Enforcement shall be concentrated on the following individuals:
- Persons convicted of a felony or “aggravated” felony
- Suspected terrorists
- Convicted gang members
- Persons apprehended on the border
- Persons convicted of 1 serious misdemeanor (DUI, burglary, domestic battery, firearm offense,and all gang related criminal offenses)
- Persons convicted of 3 or more misdemeanors
- Persons who have not been in the U.S. since January 1, 2014, or have a deportation orderentered against them after January 1, 2014
