President Obama’s Immigration Action – New Priorities for Deportation Action

Enforcement shall be concentrated on the following individuals:

  • Persons convicted of a felony or “aggravated” felony
  • Suspected terrorists
  • Convicted gang members
  • Persons apprehended on the border
  • Persons convicted of 1 serious misdemeanor (DUI, burglary, domestic battery, firearm offense,and all gang related criminal offenses)
  • Persons convicted of 3 or more misdemeanors
  • Persons who have not been in the U.S. since January 1, 2014, or have a deportation orderentered against them after January 1, 2014
