For over a year I had been struggling to collect money from a debtor. I was not keen on a lawsuit (because the legal fees would have eaten up half of the money owed), and Ms. Mojarad helped me keep the pressure on and ushered through a Settlement Agreement. She is very accessible and responsive and I would recommend her for debt collection issues.

Ms. Mojarad is a lawyer of the highest caliber. She has helped me and my family in numerous ways. Azita is and has been my personal lawyer and has represented my parents. She performed what I would say is a “miracle” in her representation of my parents – achieving results that other lawyers said could not be achieved (and supposedly lawyers who are the best in the business who said that just trying would cost them tens of thousands of dollars). I had a great experience calling this law office. Azita answered the phone herself – she gave a little advice and her rates over the phone $250.00/HR – ouch. However, I will pay the rate if I I need assistance because I felt she cared about what I was saying – I trust her.
