What format does a prenuptial agreement have to follow?

There is no specific format, but it must be in writing, with full disclosure of assets and liabilities, fair to both parties and signed by the couple with enough time prior to marriage to not be coercive. Each party has their own lawyer, to ensure the agreement is not unfair or overreaching.
